Gave explicit instructions what i need done to my car, instead, I got 2 quotes to for anything but I requested. I Sent back requested service just to make it clear just what I wanted to have done to my vehicle, instead I got a 3rd quote that did not include what I requested. If you want to waste your time and get services not requested go here. If not stay away. WASTE OF TIME!
Very fast. Super friendly service. Very thorough. They send video of their findings during inspection and walk through with you physically around the car and/or discuss over the phone the issue, what detriments may occur if not addressed, pricing options, and timing. I believe them to be trustworthy. I guess that's why they have been in business at this October since the 50's.
