The first thing I noticed was the lack of a sales pitch. Each member seem to work well with each other and they worked collaboratively. Then there was the knowledge base, exceptionally thorough, but not over exhausting with the facts. I felt as if I had a team work with me to solve the problem, rather than me trying to get help and they seeking only profit. They understand service at its core. I will be returning to then for two more repairs soon. By the way this Dion. My phone has me listed as Robert and can't get the phone company to change it. You could teach the phone company a thing or two about learning their their craft. I sincerely thank all of you. You have restored my believe that there are still SOME honest businesses out there.
Dion, that really means a lot. No sales pitch, just the team putting their heads together to actually fix the problem. Knowing you felt we were on your side, not just chasing a dollar, is the best thing I could read today. We will be ready for those next two repairs whenever you bring them in.
